    Tamron's patent for 10-100mm f/3.5-5.6 zoom lens
    Egami (the japanese blog focusing on camera/lens patents) reported two days ago that Tamron has applied for a new patent for 10-100mm (27-270mm equivalent for 35mm) high magnification zoom lens. It will be good ultra wide angle at minimum focal distance and compared to current nikon 10-100mm zoom lenses (Nikkor VR 10-100mm f/4.5-5.6 and Nikkor VR 10-100mm f/4-5.6) the lowest f-number at 3.5 will do better for wide-angle purposes.
